The integrated rural development project was launched in May 2018 in Ondondo, in the southern region of Cameroon, by a young entrepreneur Maurice Rabier, Charles Quentin and his friends Rohan Guyot-Sutherland, Andrew Pfisterer, Teddy Memvi, Carine Onguene, and Dana Burns to name a few.
